Last week planting started at Leaping Waters Farm. We now have sprouts! Inside out greenhouse it is a nice 65 degrees Fahrenheit which perfect for growing conditions. Already broccoli and arugula have made their appearance known and our asparagus is soon to follow. Today I am planting many items including okra, spinach, and eggplant.
Thank you for those whom have shown interest in our vegetable baskets. The growing interest is very exciting. There are still spaces in the program so let us know if you are interested!
