Chop up whatever veggies you have. I used...
Broccoli
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Purple Beans
Onion
Beans
Flower Looking Squash (anyone know their name?)
I then added soy sauce and sauteed until just softened. These veggies cook quickly so don't leave the stove while they are cooking or they can get slimy.
I served this with rice and grilled chicken.
