What are those things?

I've had some inquiries about the paper covered yellow "thingies" as you all seemed to be calling them. They are HUSK tomatoes. Just peel and eat. Treat it like a cherry tomato. So they are great in pasta salad!

  1. I had the same question today... Some sites I found in a Google search said you can also substitute them for gooseberries. They really have an interesting flavor!

  2. they are called aunt mollys groundcherries or cape gooseberry- also great husk off dipped in chocolate!!!! when you have alot of them they make a great pie or jam too
