What to do with those jalapenos and corn on the cob?

Grilled Jalapeno-Lime Corn on the Cob
8 ears fresh corn, husks removed
Cooking Spray
Sal + Pepper
1/2 c butter, softened
1 jalapeno, seeded + minced
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 T lime zest
1 T fresh lime juice
2 t fresh cilantro, chopped

Spray corn lightly with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt + pepper.
Grill, covered with grill lid for 15 min, turn occasionally.

Mix together butter + next 5 ingredients.

Remove corn from grill, cut in half or thirds, top with butter.
Devour.
8 servings - ha! Try maybe 3, it's that good!
